摘    要:目的建立测定葡萄糖酸钙口服液中葡萄糖酸钙含量的火焰原子吸收光谱法。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法、标准曲线法测定。结果该法测定钙元素的质量浓度线性范围为2.00~12.0μg/mL(r=0.999 2),葡萄糖酸钙的质量浓度线性范围为26.7~133.5μg/mL(r=0.998 1),平均回收率为101.38%(n=9)。结论该法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于葡萄糖酸钙口服液的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)method to determine the content of calcium gluconate in Calcium Gluconate Oral Solution.Methods FAAS was adopted to conduct the determination by the standard curve method.Results The linear range of calcium was 2.00-12.0 μg/mL(r=0.999 2)and the linear range of calcium gluconate was 26.7-133.5 μg/mL(r=0.998 1).The average recovery rate was 101.38%(n=9).Conclusion This method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for the content determination of Calcium Gluconate Oral Solution.
