高效液相色谱法测定化痔灵片中没食子酸含量

目的测定化痔灵片中没食子酸含量,建立一种灵敏度高、重现性好的检测方法。方法使用Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),采用甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,检测波长273 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果没食子酸质量浓度在3.25～16.27μg/mL范围内与峰面积有良好线性关系(r=1.000),平均回收率为100.17%,RSD=0.94%(n=6)。结论该法灵敏、简便、准确、重现性好,线性关系良好,可作为制剂质量控制的的指标之一。

Determination of Gallic Acid in Huazhiling Tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish highly sensitive and better reproductive determination method by determining the gallic acid content in Huazhiling Tablets. Methods The Shimadzu C~s column（250 mm ~4. 6 mm,5 ;xm） was used with methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric acid （10：90） as the mobile phase,the detecting wavelength：273 nm,the column temperature：30 ℃ and the flow rate：l. 0 mL/min. Results The linear relationship was good in the range of 3.25- 16.27 μg/mL （r= 1. 000）,the average recovery rate was 100. 17%, RSD = 0.94% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is sensitive,simple and accurate with good repeatability and good linearity,and can be used as one of criteria for the quality control.
