恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化50例

目的探讨恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法将慢性乙肝肝纤维化患者100例随机分为两组,治疗组50例口服恩替卡韦片0.5 mg、每日1次,扶正化瘀胶囊1.5 g、每日3次;对照组50例口服恩替卡韦片0.5 mg、每日1次。疗程均为1年。分别于于治疗前、治疗后进行主要症状体征变化比较、检测肝功能、肝纤四项及超声影像学检查。结果治疗后,两组患者肝功能、肝纤维化指标和超声影像学指标均有不同程度好转,治疗组肝纤维化指标和超声影像学指标(脾厚度)方面的改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合扶正化瘀胶囊抗慢性乙肝肝纤维化疗效良好。

Effective Observation of Entecavir Combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule for Treating Hepatic Fibrosis in Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of entecavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule in treating hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B. Methods A hundred patients with hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group （50 cases） was given oral entecavir 0.5 mg,once daily. The treatment group（50 cases） was given oral entecavir 0.5 mg, once daily,combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule 1.5 g,3 times daily. The treatment course was 1 year in the two groups. The main symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The liver function, serum markers of hepatic fihrosis and uhrasonographie image were performed. Results After 1-year treatment, the liver function, liver fibrosis indexes and ultrasonographic images in the two groups were improved in different degrees;but the improvement of liver fibrosis indexes（HA,LN,PC- Ⅲ,Ⅳ- C） and the uhrasonographic image （thickness of spleen） in the treatment group were more significantly than those in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Enteeavir combined with Fuzheng Huayu Capsule has better antifibrosis effect on hepatic fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B.
