脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的早期诊断及康复治疗

目的分析脑卒中合并吞咽障碍的早期诊断及康复治疗,提高脑卒中临床治疗效果。方法将我院自2009年1月至2010年2月收治的46例脑卒中合并吞咽障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各23例,对照组按常规方法进行治疗及护理,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,进行早期评估及康复训练。结果两组治疗前后吞咽能力:观察组显效4例(17.4%),有效15例(65.2%),总有效率82.6%;对照组显效1例(4.3%),有效7例(30.4%),总有效率为34.7%,两组有显著性差异。结论康复综合训练治疗方案治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍临床效果确切,明显改善患者吞咽困难程度,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床治疗中推广。

Early Diagnosis and Rehabilitation of Stroke Merger Dysphagia
