2009年至2011年我院癌痛治疗药品利用分析

目的为癌痛治疗药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法收集医院信息系统提供的2009年至2011年癌痛治疗药品的消耗数据,对药品的用量、使用金额进行统计、分析。结果癌痛治疗药品销售金额及用量均呈逐年增长趋势。第三阶梯药品用量较大,吗啡用量始终居于首位。羟考酮自2011年引入,用量排序已跃升至第4位。芬太尼贴剂因独特的药代动力学特点,为患者提供了新的给药途径。哌替啶的用量逐年下降,现已不常用于治疗癌痛。相比之下,第一阶梯和第二阶梯治疗药品的用量有所下降。复方制剂用量偏高,需引起重视。结论癌痛治疗药品使用基本合理,应进一步加强监督和管理。

Analysis on Use of Cancer Analgesic Drugs in Our Hospital during 2009-2011

Objective To provide the reference for scientific management and rational use of cancer analgesic drugs.Methods The consumption data of cancer analgesic drugs in our hospital during 2009-2011 were collected from the hospital information system（HIS）and analyzed statistically.Results The consumption sum and use amounts of analgesic drugs showed the increasing trend year by year.The use amount of the third ladder drugs was larger.Morphine ranked the first in the use amounts.But oxycodon was introduced in 2011 and its use amounts jumped to the fourth place,which had a powerful impact on the morphine′s position.Fentanyl Transdermal Patches with a special pharmacokinetics character provided a new administration way for patients.The use amounts of pethidine was decreased year by year,it was not commonly used in treating cancer pain.By contrast,the use amounts of the first and second ladder drugs were decreased.The use amounts of compound preparations were on the high side,which needed to pay more attention to.Conclusion The use of cancer analgesic drugs in our hospital is basically rational,but the supervision and management of its rational use should be further strengthened.
