| 摘 要： | 目的建立注射用盐酸头孢替安的无菌检查方法。方法采用薄膜过滤法,每膜冲洗量为500mL。结果验证试验中各种试验菌生长良好。结论该方法有效可行,可用于该品种的无菌检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish sterility test of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection. Methods The membrane filter method was carried out, and washing quantity was 500 mL per membrane. Results Trial bacterial grew very well. Conclusion It was proved that the method was reliable, and it can be used for the sterility test of cefotiam hydrochloride for injection. |
