还原型谷胱甘肽治疗稳定型心绞痛临床研究

目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽(glutathion，GSH)治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法对56例稳定型心绞痛患者使用GSH1．2g／d治疗，疗程2周；对照组56例使用10％GS 500ml RI12U 10％kCL10ml(G-I-K液)／d治疗，疗程2周。治疗前后观察患者心绞痛发作次数，硝酸甘油消耗量及心电图、心肌耗氧指数等变化情况并进行对照分析。结果GSH缓解心绞痛总有效率为83．9％，心电图改善总有效率为53.6％，硝酸甘油消耗量及心肌耗氧指数明显下降，均较对照组优，差异显著(P＜0．05)。结论GSH治疗稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

The clinical study of reduced glutachion therapy for stable angina pectoris

Objective To explore effects and safety of GSH therapy for stable angina pectoris.Methods 56 cases stable angina pectoris accepted GSH therapy(1.2g/d) for 2 weeks,another 56 cases as contrast group accepted G I K for 2 weeks.The relief of angina pectoris,electrocardiagram(ECG),nitrogloycerin consumption and myocardial oxygen consumption index were observed and contrasted between the two groups during therapeutical period.Results The effective rate of stable angina pectoris was 83.9%,the effective rate of ECG improvement was 53.6%,nitrogloycerin consumption and the myocardial oxygen cousumption index was dropped significuntly.All these indexes were significantly different from that of the contrast group.Conclusion GSH was a effective drug for stable angina pectoris.
