子宫肉瘤c-kit表达意义的探讨

目的:探讨胃肠道外间质肿瘤-子宫肉瘤32例(平滑肌肉瘤20例、子宫内膜间质肉瘤10例及子宫腺肉瘤2例),测定酪氨酸激酶(c-kit CD117)的阳性表达率,是否亦具备类同胃肠道间质肿瘤细胞中的所含有c-kit促使CD117呈阳性,以便寻找治疗子宫肉瘤的新途径.方法:对32例子宫肉瘤,均以免疫组化测定CD117,并选用经病理确诊及阳性表达CD117的胃肠道间质肿瘤5例为对照.结果:子宫肉瘤测定CD117阳性率依次为:子宫平滑肌肉瘤11/20例(55%)、子宫内膜间质肉瘤3/10例(30%)及子宫腺肉瘤0/2例.结论:对阳性表达CD117不可切除或转移性子宫肉瘤患者选择分子靶向治疗,提供理论依据.

The Studies on Expression of c-kit (CD117) in Uterine Sarcomas

Objective: To explore positive expression rate of c-kit (CD117, tyrosine kinase) in 32 cases of uterine sarcomas (20 leiomyosarcomas, 10 endometrial stromal sarcomas and 2 adenosarcomas) to further confirm whether uterine sarcomas express CD117, like gastrointestinal stromal tumors, and to seek new approaches for the treatment. Methods: CD117 was detected in 32 cases of uterine sarcomas with immunohistochemical staining. Five cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors, diagnosed with pathological evaluation and CD117 positive expression were choosen as positive control. Results: Positive rates of CD117 were as follows: 11/20 (55%) leiomyosarcomas, 3/10 (30%) endometrial stromal sarcomas and 0/2 adenosarcomas. The total positive rate of uterine sarcomas was 14/32 (43.7%). Conclusion: Theoretical foundation is laid for choice of molecularly-targeted therapy for CD117 positive in unresectable or metastatic uterine sarcomas.
