PALL和Tyco呼吸过滤器对Ppeak和Pmean影响的模拟研究

摘    要:目的:了解PALLBB25S和TyroHygroboy呼吸过滤器对呼吸道回路峰压值(Poeak)和气道平均压(Pmean)的影响。方法:模拟研究了PALL和Tyeo呼吸过滤器在应用过程中Ppeak和Pmean的变化特点。结果:(1)随着潮气量的逐步增大(100-800ml/次),此两种型号呼吸过滤器(成人与儿童)所产生的Ppeak与未用呼吸过滤器时相比无显著差异性;但它们所产生的Pmean则显著提高。(2)与成人型号呼吸过滤器相比,应用Tyc0儿童型号呼吸过滤器时其对呼吸力学的影响仅表现为Pmean显著升高,而Ppeak并未显著升高。结论:此两种型号呼吸过滤器(成人与儿童)对呼吸道阻力的影响表现为显著提高了Pmean。

Abstract:Objective To learn the influence of PALL BB25S and Tyco Hygroboy breathing filter (BF) to Ppeak and Pmean. Methods The changes of Ppeak and Pmean were detected by using PALL BB25S and tyco Hygroboy in simulation ventilation. Results (1)When BFs (PALL or tyco, adult or child) were applied and Vt from 100ml/T to 800ml/T, the effect of breathing filter can be no significant changed, but Pmean was raised and Ppeak no change. (2)To compare the tyco BFs, the Pmean of child BF and adult BF, Pmean was significant increased. Conclusion Both of PALL BF and Tyco BF only significandy increase Pmean.
