肿瘤骨转移姑息性放疗癌痛管理的临床药学服务

目的：探讨癌痛管理的临床药学服务。方法：探讨临床药师介入时机,对癌痛患者进行全面疼痛评估及身体功能状态及生活质量评估,对患者进行依从性评分,并提供个体化药学服务,为医生提供镇痛药及辅助用药等相关的咨询和建议,最后进行药学服务效果评估。结果：临床药学服务促进合理用药,提高医疗质量。结论：通过癌痛管理中药学服务的研究,使得临床药师在癌痛治疗和管理工作中发挥切实有效的作用。

Clinical Pharmaceutical Care for Pain Management in Tumor Palliative Radiotherapy for Bone Metastases

Objective： To explore the clinical pharmaceutical care for cancer pain management. Methods： The intervention time of clinical pharmacists was determined. A comprehensive evaluation of cancer pain,physical function and life quality of patients was performed,the compliance of patients was scored,and individualized pharmaceutical service was carried out,consultation and suggestion on analgesics and adjuvant drugs were provided for doctors,and finally,the effect of pharmaceutical care was assessed. Results：Clinical pharmaceutical care could promote the rational drug use and improve the medical quality. Conclusion： Through the research of clinical pharmaceutical care for pain management,clinical pharmacists can play a practical and effective role in the pain treatment and management.
