| 摘 要： | 本文分析了军队医院在应急救治中的优劣势，并根据军队医院的工作实际，探讨了军队医院在城市突发公共事件中院内救治组织的原则，提出了实施院内救治的做法：建立权威、高效、务实的突发公共事件指挥系统；建立畅通的双向信息通道；建立科学的救治机制；建立迅捷的药材及后勤保障等等。

| Abstract: | The author analyzed the strength and weakness of military hospital in emergency rescue, as well as the principle main methods of in - hospital rescue of military hospital during city sudden public events. These methods included establishing authorized and effective command system, unblocked literal information channel, scientific rescue mechanism, fast medicinal materials and logistics supports, etc. |
