| 摘 要： | 目的评价心肌肌钙蛋白Ｔ（ｃＴｎＴ）作为判断心肌损伤指标的意义。方法１０例进行心内直视手术的患者组成Ａ组，１０例动脉导管未闭和心包炎的患者组成Ｂ组。两组病人分别于开胸前、关胸后５ｍｉｎ、１、２、２４、４８ｈ测定ｃＴｎＴ、肌酸激酶（ＣＫ）、肌酸激酶－ＭＢ（ＣＫ－ＭＢ），并进行比较。结果Ａ组开胸后１ｈ时的ｃＴｎＴ是开胸前７４倍，ＣＫ是５倍，ＣＫ－ＭＢ也是５倍；２ｈ时达顶峰，分别为１２８、１２．６和８倍。ｃＴｎＴ在２４和４８ｈ时仍处在较高的水平。结论ｃＴｎＴ对于判断心肌损伤、敏感性和特异性良好，且均不差于ＣＫ和ＣＫ－ＭＢ。

| Abstract: | Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic value of the biochemical markers cardiac troponin T(cTnT). Methods A group consisted of 10 patients who had valve replace operations.B group consisted of 10 patients who were patent ductusus artriory and pericarditis.All the patients had their blood samples taken before opening thorax,and 5 minutes,1 hour,2 hours,24 hours and 48 hours after closing thorax to measure the concentrations of cTnT,CK and CKMB. Results After closing thorax one hour,cTnT was 74 times as that of before opening thorax,CK 5 times, and CKMB 5 times too.After 2 hours,all the markers rose to the peak,they were 128,12.6 and 8 times respectively.cTnT kept high after 24 and 48 hours. Conclusions cTnT is valuable in judging myocardial injury because of good sensitivity and specificity. |
