| 摘 要： | 试验了抗生素８９－０７对４种检定菌的敏感性，比较了不同培养基和缓冲液对抑菌圈的影响，考核了３种检定菌的效价测定数据，测试了标准曲线的直线范围浓度，据此确定了采用１号培养基，ＩＶ号缓冲液和枯草芽孢杆菌６３５０１为检定菌的抗生素８９－０７微生物检定法。

| Abstract: | Susceptibilities of four strains to antibiotic 89-07 and the influence of buffer on bacteriostatic zone were examined. According to these results,a method of biological assay of antibiotic 89-07 is developed.B, subitilis 63501 is selected as test organism,medium No.I and buffer No. IV are used. |
