关节镜下清理加钻孔减压治疗58例骨关节病疗效观察

目的 探讨关节镜下清理加钻孔减压治疗骨关节病的临床疗效,并与未行钻孔减压的膝关节清理术作比较。方法116例患者随机分为A组（关节镜下清理加钻孔减压术）和B组（未行钻孔减压的膝关节清理术）各58例,观察比较两组分别随访1年内、随访2年以上的临床疗效。结果 随访1年内,A组优良率87.93%,随访2年以上,A组的优良率82.76%,A组不同随访时间优良率比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。但A组随访1年内及随访2年以上的优良率均较未行钻孔减压的膝关节清理术的B组的优良率有明显提高,经统计学分析,差异有显著性（P0.05）。结论 采用关节镜下清理加钻孔减压治疗膝关节骨关节病创伤小,有利于缓解疼痛和关节功能的恢复。

Curative Efficacy of Arthroscopic Clean-up plus Drilling Decompression for Osteoarthropathy

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of arthroscopic clean-up plus drilling decompression for osteoarthropathy and compare it with the knee clean-up surgery without arthroscopic drilling decompression. Methods We divided 116 eases randomly into Group A（arthroscopic cleaning-up and drilling decompression） and Group B（the knee clean-up surgery without arthroscopic drilling decompression） and compared the treatment effect of two groups in the 1-year follow up and the 2-year follow up. Results The 1-year follow up showed the excellent rate of Group A was 87.93% and the 2-year follow up showed the excellent rate of Group A was 82.76% and there was no significant difference in the different follow-ups of Group A（P〉0.05）. The excellent rates of Group A of 1-years and 2- year follow-ups were higher than those of Group B,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈O.OS）,but there was no significant difference in the different follow-ups of Group B（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic clean-up plus drilling decompression for osteoarthropathy helps alleviate pain and joint function recovery with less trauma.
