| 摘 要： | B细胞在类风湿关节炎的发病机制中起着多方面的作用，它可以作为抗原递呈细胞活化T细胞、参与异位淋巴组织的生成和调节机体免疫反应等。鉴于此，针对B细胞的靶向治疗已成为当今类风湿性关节炎治疗的焦点。现将近年来B细胞对类风湿关节炎的致病机理相关研究进展作一介绍。

| Abstract: | B cells can play multifaceted role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. B cells efficiently present antigen to T cells, which can also contribute to the formation of ectopic lymphoid structures and immunoregulation of human body. More and more attention is attracted in targeting to B cells for the therapy of this disease. This review reports the latest research progress in the role of B cells in pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. |
