摘    要:目的 探讨高压交变电磁场对脑卒中病人康复治疗的临床治疗的效果及机制。方法 选择脑卒中病人115例,分为治疗组55例和对照组60例,对比分析治疗前后患者血清脂蛋白及其亚组分和血液流变学指标的变化,以Barthel指数和功能独立性评定法(FIM)进行康复评定。结果 治疗组显效29例;好转24例,无效2例,与对照组比较P<0.05;治疗后血清甘油三酸酯(TG)、总胆固醇(Tc)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)浓度升高,Tc/HDL-c、LDL-c/HDL-c比率降低,降低了全血和血浆粘度,与对照组比较P<0.01;治疗组患者的Barthel指数增加了(38.4±5.3),与对照组比较P<0.05;治疗组患者的FIM评分与对照组比较增加了(34.7±5.3),与对照组比较P<0.01;治疗组患者一年内脑卒中再发率下降明显,与对照组比较P<0.05。结论 高压交变电磁场能改善脂蛋白代谢,改变血液流变学性质,提高脑卒中患者ADL能力及功能独立性,对脑血管疾病有显著的防治作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects and mechanism of power-frequency electromagnetic fields on lipoprotein metabolism and homodynamic during stroke rehabilitation. Methods One hundred fifteen patients with stroke were divided into 2 groups, 55 cases of them were treated by exposure to power-frequency electromagnetic fields, 60 cases were treated as control group. Barthel index and Functional Independence Measure (FIM) were used to evaluate rehabilitation outcome. The lipoprotein and its subclasses, homodynamic parameters were compared at pre- and post-rehabilitation. Results The treatment group showed a statistically significant better prognosis compared with the control group(P<0.01). The score of Barthel index also increased after treatment(P<0.001). Total cholesterol(Tc), triglycerides(TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c) levels dropped and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c) increased significantly. The Tc/HDL-c, LDL-c/HDL-c ratio along with the blood and plasma viscosity decreased significantly compared with the controls (P<0.01). The ratio of stroke recurrence decreased significantly after the treatment compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The power- frequency electromagnetic fields can improve lipoprotein metabolism and homodynamic parameters. It can improve the ADL and FIM of stroke patients, which may have significant implications for stroke patients.
