Gastric lymphoma associated with human T-cell leukemia virus type I |

| Abstract: | A 41-year-old woman presented with a gastric lymphoma. A total gastrectomy was performed, and the tumor was found to consist of T cells of the helper/inducer (E+, Leu-1+, Leu-2a-, Leu-3a+) phenotype. The patient was seropositive for T-cell leukemia virus type I, and the tumor cells contained the proviral genome. |
