5E护理对日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者医从性及负性情绪的影响

目的:探讨“5E”模式下的个案护理管理对日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者医从性及负性情绪的影响。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年9月因胆囊良性疾病行日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者。采用非同期对照方法将患者纳入对照组(n=89)与观察组(n=89)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上加用“5E”个案护理。对比两组患者干预前后的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分及自我护理能力测定量表评分,并比较两组患者干预后的医从性评分及干预期间术后非特异性消化道不适症状发生率。结果:经干预后,观察组医从性、自我护理能力测定量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预期间,观察组术后消化道不适症状发生率为2.25%,低于对照组的10.11%(P<0.05)。结论:采用“5E”模式下的个案护理管理日间腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,能明显缓解患者的负性情绪,减少术后非特异性消化道不适症状,并增强患者的医从性与自我护理能力。

Effects of 5E nursing on the compliance and negative emotions in patients undergoing daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective:To study the effects of case nursing management under 5E mode on the treatment compliance and negative emotions in the patients undergoing daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:Patients who underwent daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy from Oct.2018 to Sep.2019 due to benign gallbladder diseases were enrolled as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=89)and control group(n=89)by non-concurrent control method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given case nursing management under 5E mode in addition to routine nursing.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and exercise of self-care agency scale before and after intervention,scores of treatment compliance after intervention as well as incidence of postoperative non-specific gastrointestinal symptoms during intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the patients of the observation group had higher scores of compliance and exercise of self-care agency scale as well as lower scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale than those of the control group(P<0.05).They also displayed fewer postoperative non-specific gastrointestinal symptoms during intervention than those of the control group(incidence:2.25%vs.10.11%,P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of case nursing management under 5E mode in daytime laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly alleviate negative emotions,reduce the postoperative gastrointestinal discomfort,improve treatment compliance and self-care ability.
