| 摘 要： | 目的分析护理病历中存在的缺陷和问题，探讨质量持续改进的对策。方法随机选取本院2008年1～12月的567例护理病历进行分析，查找护理病历中存在的缺陷并分类统计。结果抽查护理病历合格率约93．47％；主要存在10类缺陷，缺陷发生率约21．69％。结论针对护理病历中的缺陷进行分析，采取相应对策极大地促进护理病历质量的持续改进。
