S100A2在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其意义

目的研究S100A2蛋白在喉鳞癌（laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,lscc）中蛋白表达的情况,探讨其在喉鳞癌发生、发展、浸润转移中的作用。方法收集40例泸州医学院附属医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科2005年1月至2007年5月手术切除经病理诊断证实为喉鳞癌（LSCC）患者病理组织石蜡标本作为实验组,另取40例同期手术切除经病理证实无肿瘤浸润的癌旁喉粘膜组织标本作为对照组。所有石蜡标本按4μm连续切片2张,其中1张HE染色,另外1张用免疫组织化学染色SP法检测S100A2蛋白的表

The Expression of S1002 in Laryngeal Squamous Cell Cancer and its Clinical Significance

Objective To study the expression of SIOOA2 protein in the laryngeal squamous cell cancer （LSCC） and to discuss its potential role in the occurrence, development and metastasis of laryngeal squamous ceU cancer. Methods The pathological tissues from 40 cases with LSCC confirmed by operation and pathological study were selected as the test group while the mucosal tissue samples adjacent to cancer location from 40 cases without cancer infiltration confirmed by operation and pathological study were gathered as the control group; 2 serial sections of 4gra thickness were got from all the paraffin tissues, one dyed with HE and the other with immuno - histo- chemic method; SP method was applied to detect the expression 9f S100A2 protein. The positive sections in the kit were used as positive control and Phosphate Buffer Solution （PBS） as negative control; the actual experimental steps just followed the instruction of the kit; microscope observation was made to the distribution of S100A2 protein expression in the tissue cells of LSCC and in the mucosal tissue ceUs adjacent to cancer location without cancer infiltration, and the.rates of positive expression were recorded. Results The expressions of S100A2 in the tissues of LSCC and in normal laryngeal mucosal tissue were mainly located in the nucleus and cytoplasm in yeUow or yel- low - brown color; the $100A2 protein expressions in laryngeal mucosal tissues from the 40 cases with no cancer infiltration were all posi- tive and expression rate was 100 % （40/40） while the expression rate in LSCC tissues was 78 % （31/40）, the positive expression was lower than that of the mucosal tissue ceUs adjacent to cancer location （ P 〈 0.05） ; the positive expression rate of $100A2 protein in LSCC of different differentiations ranged as foUows： the positive expression rate in good differentiation was 91%, 90% in moderate differ- entiation and 25 % in poor differentiation; there was no obvious difference between good differentiation and moderate differentiation ?
