山东地区成人正常牙测量的研究

目的测定山东地区成人正常牙合牙牙合结构的正常值。方法采用牙牙合测量法,按照纳入标准,在供测人群中,挑选山东地区成人正常牙合68名,其中男33名,平均年龄21岁;女35名,平均年龄20岁,制取牙牙合模型,进行牙牙合结构相关指标的测定。结果男女间牙齿的近远中宽度有差异,尤其以尖牙差别最显著(P<0.01);验证了Bolton指数和Pont指数的可信性,二者均无性别差异(P>0.05);除个别项目外,各牙弓、基骨的测量值与牙冠的宽度均有高度相关性(P<0.01),基骨长度与牙弓长度、基骨宽度与牙弓宽度显著相关(P<0.05)。结论在临床上应注意牙量、牙弓和基骨形态、大小的相互协调。

Model study of normal occlusion for adults in Shandong

Objective To obtain the standard values of dental arch form to provide a theoretic basis for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and research of orthodontics and orthognathic surgeries in Shandong Province. Methods 68 subjects (33 males, mean age 21,35 females, mean age 20) were strictly chosen from approximately 3 400 students at Shandong University. A cast model was taken for each subject. Results The mesiodistal width of tooth, especially canines, showed marked sexual difference(P<0.01). Reliability of Bolton index and Pont index were confirmed. There was no significant sexual dimorphism in two kinds of indexes(P>0.05). Correlation between arch circumference and the width and length of dental arch and basal arch were analyzed. The results showed that dental arch and basal arch were markedly correlated with arch circumference except for a few items. The width of dental arch was highly correlated with the width of basal arch(P<0.01), so was the length of dental arch and basal arch(P<0.05). Conclusion These results indicated that orthodontists should pay attention to the coordination of dental circumference and dental arch and basal arch.
