360度外伤性睫状体脱离手术治疗的临床观察

目的 评估360度外伤件睫状体脱离缝合术的效果.方法 对24例明确诊断360度外伤性睫状体脱离的患者行睫状体脱离缝合术,根据第一次手术所选范围不同分为两组:①A组:在1个连续的不超过180度的范围内手术.②B组:选择2个不连续范围进行手术,总手术范同不超过270度.结果 A组(55.55%)手术成功率较B组(93.33%)低.结论 睫状体缝合固定术是治疗360度外伤性睫状体脱离的有效方法.270度睫状体缝合手术成功率大于180度睫状体缝合.

Chlinical Analysis On Suturing Reattachment Operation Of Traumatic Ciliary Body Detachment

Objective To evaluate the effect of the suturing reattachment operation to 360-degree ciliary body detachment.Methods A total of 24 patients were operated.They were divided into two groups according to the operation scope in the first time.Of the two groups were:group A(the operation scope was no more than 180 degree)and group B(the total operation scope of two discontinuous parts was no more than 270 degree).Results The success rate in group A(55.55 %)was lower than group B(93.33 %).Conclusions The suturing reattachment operation is an effective surgical method.The success rate of operation in a total scope of 270-degree is higher than in a scope of 180-degree.
