摘    要:目的建立测定枸杞中主要成分甜菜碱含量的方法。方法采用Oasis HLB固相萃取小柱对样品进行纯化,C18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以50mM KH2PO4(pH4.45)和0.3%辛烷磺酸钠为流动相,流速为0.7mL·min-1,检测波长200nm。结果甜菜碱进样量在0.01~0.32μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好线性,r=0.9998。结论该法操作简便,结果准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Glycine betaine in the leaf of Lycium Chinese Mill. by SPE-HPLC.METHODS Seperation was performed on a stainless steel column(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),eluted with 50mM KH2PO4(pH4.45) containing ion-pair agent 0.3% Sodium-1-Octansulfonate at a flow rate of 0.7mL·min-1.Detection was performed by UV absorbance at 200nm.RESULTS The calibration curve of Glycine betaine was liner in the range of 0.01~0.32μg (r=0.9996).CONCLUSION This method was simple,accurate and reliable.
