| 摘 要： | 观察了不同甲状腺功能状态下血清脂类、脂蛋白水平及对LDL清除率的影响。甲状腺素组的T-C,(VLDL+LDL)-C,TG及(VLDL+LDL)-C/HDL-C降低,HDL-C升高,~(125)I-LDL清除率增加。他巴唑组的T-C,(VLDL+LDL)-C,HDL-C,TG,及(VLDL+LDL)-C/HDL-C均升高,~(125)I-LDL清除率有下降趋势。提示体内甲状腺激素水平的变化对血清脂类及脂蛋白胆固醇的代谢有明显影响

| Abstract: | This article analysed the levels of serum lipids lipoproteins andLDL clearance rate on rabbits under different thyroid functions.45 male rab-bits(weight 2-3 kg)were divided into three groups(thyroid-fed group,tapazole-fed group and control group)at random,It was found that thyroid-fed group:the levels of T-C,(VLDL+LDL)-C,TG and(VLDL+LDL)-C/HDL-C were lowered,the levels of HDL-C rose,~(125)I-LDL clearance rateelevated;tapazole-fed group:the levels of T-C,(VLDL+LDL)-C,HDL-C,TG and(VLDL+LDL)-C/HDL-C were all raised.~(125)I-LDL clearance ratewas decreased,but no statistic difference.These results suggested that the changeof thyroid hormone levels in vivo possessed evident effects on metabolism ofserum lipids and lipoproteins. |
