摘    要:目的:建立重楼总皂苷中正己烷、苯、甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯和1,2-二乙基苯等共8种有机溶剂残留的测定方法。方法:将重楼总皂苷溶解于25%N,N-二甲基甲酰中,应用顶空气相色谱法,采用石英毛细管柱和氢离子火焰检测器,以高纯氮气为载气,测定重楼总皂苷中8种有机溶剂的残留量。结果:该法可将8种有机残留完全分离,且线性关系良好,r=0.9987~0.9998,精密度RSD均小于5.0%,平均加样回收率为95.24%~98.57%。结论:此法简便、准确、可靠,可用于大孔树脂制备的重楼总皂苷中有机溶剂残的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To develop a method for determining organic residues( including hexane,benzene,toluene,xylene,p-xylene,o-xylene,styrene and 1,2-diethyl benzene) in Rhizoma Paridis total saponins. Methods: Rhizoma Paridis total saponins were dissolved in 25% of N,N-dimethyl formyl. The organic residues were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography with headspace sampling. Results: The organic residues can be completely separated with this method and good linear relationship of 0. 9987 ~ 0. 9998( r). The precision RSD was less than 5. 0%. The recoveries were in the range of 95. 24% ~ 95. 24%. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,replicable and can be used for the quality control of organic residues and Rhizoma Paridis total saponins.
