附子与干姜、甘草配伍使用后乌头碱含量的变化研究

摘    要:目的研究甘草、生姜与附子配伍时附子中乌头碱含量的变化。方法采用HPL C法,色谱柱为Kromasil-C18柱,甲醇-水-氯仿-三乙胺(体积比70∶30∶2∶0.1)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长230nm,柱温为常温。结果附子与甘草、生姜配伍后,乌头碱的含量降低。结论大剂量附子用药必须通过合理配伍以降低毒性。

Abstract:Objective Research of the change of aconitine with compatibility of Radix Aconiti Carmichaeli,Rhizoma Zingiberis and Liquorice.Methods HPLC method,column was Kromasil-C18 column with methanol-water-chloroform-triethylamine(volume ratio 70∶30∶2∶0.1) as mobile phase,flow rate 1.0ml/min,detect Wavelength of 230 nm,column temperature was at room temperature.Results After compatibility of Radix Aconiti Carmichaeli,Rhizoma Zingiberis and Liquorice,reduce the content of aconitine.Conclusion High dose medication must be reasonable compatibility of aconite in order to reduce toxicity.
