| 摘 要： | 目的观察冬病夏治敷贴疗法对COPD稳定期患者生存质量的影响。方法将63例COPD稳定期患者,随机分为西医常规基础治疗＋穴位敷贴治疗组（治疗组）32例和西医常规基础治疗组（对照组）31例,在夏季三伏天分别运用西医常规治疗＋穴位敷贴治疗与西医常规治疗,3年为一疗程。观察患者治疗前后临床症状、生存质量（体重指数、肺功能测定、St.George呼吸困难问卷、6min步行距离测定）评分变化与3年内COPD急性发作次数。结果西医常规基础治疗＋穴位敷贴治疗组对主症咳嗽、咯痰具有明显改善作用;明显提高患者的生存质量（体重指数、6min步行距离测定）评分,明显减少3年内COPD急性发作次数,且优于西医常规基础治疗组。结论冬病夏治敷贴疗法对COPD稳定期患者具有改善临床症状、提高生存质量的作用。
