| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨＂醒脑开窍＂针刺法配合口腔功能训练在脑瘫流涎症中的临床应用。方法：将70例脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组采用单纯口腔功能训练进行治疗;观察组采用＂醒脑开窍＂针刺法配合口腔功能训练治疗。每日1次,10天为一疗程,共治疗3个疗程。采用教师流涎分级法（TSD）对两组治疗进行疗效评价。结果：＂醒脑开窍＂针刺法配合口腔功能训练和单用口腔功能训练相比,治疗后疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：＂醒脑开窍＂针刺法配合口腔功能训练治疗脑瘫流涎症,效果优于单纯口腔功能训练,能更有效改善患儿流涎症状。
