| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肠造口患者生活质量与社会支持的关系。寻求康复护理对策。方法：调查86例肠造口患者的社会支持情况，并与正常组进行比较，分析肠造口患者的社会支持与生活质量的相关性。结果；肠造口患者的社会支持明显高于正常组（P〈0．01），社会支持与其生活质量呈正相关（r=0．626、P〈0．001）。结论：肠造口患者获得更多的社会支持，有利于减轻患者应激反应，康复护理过程中重视社会支持可以改善护理效果，提高肠造口患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between social support and quality of life(QOL) in colostomy patients and nursing strategies.Methods: Social support state in 86 colostomy patients was investigated and compared with control group.The relationship between social support score and QOL was analyzed.Results: Social support score of colostomy patients was significantly higher than that of controls(P< 0.01),and was closely related to QOL score(r=(0.626),P<(0.001)).Conclusion: The patients subject to colostomy got more social support.Social support was closely related to QOL in colostomy patients. |
