| 摘 要： | 目的 调查2004-2006年来院疗养飞行人员的血压情况及原发性高血压患病率.方法 采用汞柱式血压计测量血压.高血压的诊断标准:采用1999年世界卫生组织及世界高血压联盟关于高血压的诊断和分级标准诊断.结果 1 000名飞行人员中原发性高血压患病率4.2%.各年龄组间比较差异有统计学意义,各机种间比较差异无统计学意义.结论 飞行人员原发性高血压不容忽视,降低飞行人员原发性高血压发病率,应作好预防工作.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the blood pressure condition and the rate of hypertension in the pilots.Methods The sphygmomanometers with mercury column were used to measure the blood pressure in the 1,000 recuperating pilots.The hypertension diagnostic standards of WHO and ISH were used.Results The rate of hypertension in 1,000 pilots was 4.2%.There were obvious differences among the different age teams,though no obvious differences were found among those who flied different kinds of airplanes.Conclusion Hyperte... |
