如何解决住院病人检查报告单及时归档问题

针对住院病案中,检查结果不能及时、完全归档,随机抽取科室进行调研分析,原因多方面,主要有下发报告手续不够健全,网络化管理对纸质病案造成冲击等。针对这些问题,提出可行性方案。经过试点科室反应出的情况,向院领导提交可行性报告,在全院实施改革方案。

On the Pigeonholing of the Laboratory Reports of the Inpatient in Time

To solve the problems that the test results of inpatients can't be pigeonholed in their medical records immediately and completely. They were caused by many reasons, for example, the procedure of sending laboratory reports wasn't perfect or managed medical records by network etc. After investigating some departments stochastically, we handed in the feasibility report to the leader of our hospital and then used the new reformation methods in the whole hospital.
