摘    要:目的:探讨瞬时波强(WI)技术在评价类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血管整体功能方面的应用价值。方法:对33例RA患者(RA组)及20名健康体检者(对照组)进行WI技术及常规超声心动图检查,比较两组左侧颈总动脉WI参数及其相关超声心动图参数。结果:RA组颈动脉内-中膜增厚明显高于对照组(P≤0.01),压力应变弹性系数、僵硬度、单点脉搏波传导速度均高于对照组(P≤0.05),顺应性低于对照组(P≤0.05),瞬时加速度波强明显高于对照组(P≤0.01),室间隔和左室后壁厚度较对照组增厚(P≤0.05)。结论:WI技术能早期、敏感地反映RA患者动脉弹性及心脏收缩功能的改变,可为综合评价RA患者心血管功能提供有用信息。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the value of wave intensity(WI)technology in evaluating the cardiovascular function of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients. Methods:Thirty-three patients with RA(RA group)and 20 normal persons(normal group)were detected by WI technology and echocardiogram examination. The left common carotid artery WI parameters and association echocardiogram parameters were compared between two groups. Results:Intima-media thickness of carotid artery in the RA group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P≤0.01). The contingency coefficient of pressure,stiffness and single point pulse wave velocity in the RA group were higher than those in the normal group. The compliance in the RA group was lower than that in the normal group(P≤0.05), and the differences were significant.The strong transient acceleration WI in the RA group was significantly higher than that in the normal group(P≤0.01). The interventricular septal thickness and posterior wall thickness of left ventricular in the RA group were significantly thickener than those in the normal group(P≤0.01). Conclusion:WI can sensitively detect the damage in cardiovascular system in RA patients and provide objective evidence for evaluating the cardiovascular function of RA patients.
