负压封闭引流技术在蛇咬伤治疗中的应用

目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术（vaccum sealing drainage,VSD）在蛇咬伤治疗中的临床应用,为蛇咬伤引起的肢体肿胀患者提供一种安全、高效的治疗方法.方法 确诊52例四肢血液毒为主的蛇咬伤患者进行了四肢肿胀部位切开减压、负压封闭引流治疗.结果 患者平均住院床日控制在（6±2）d左右,肢体肿胀恢复快,镇痛剂使用量减少,降低了骨筋膜室综合征发生的可能性.切口Ⅱ期缝合后外观、功能满意.结论 VSD可以促进蛇咬伤切口愈合,减轻患者因反复换药带来的痛苦.

Application of vaccum sealing drainage in patients with snake bite

Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of vaccum sealing drainage （VSD） in the treatment of snake bite. Methods 52 cases of snake bite with limb swelling were treated with surgical decompression and VSD. Length of hospital stay （LOS） was reduced to 7 days, and analgesic requirement was minimal. Results Limb swelling resolved rapidly, and compartment . syndrome was prevented. All incisions were able to heal by second intention. Conclusion VSD accelerates the healing of decompression incision after snake bite, and lessens the suffering of patients due to repetitive dress-changing.
