重症慢性肺心病患者甲状腺激素水平观察

目的观察慢性肺心病急性加重期患者血清甲状腺激素变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法用放免法测定48例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者(试验组)及45例同期收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者(对照组)血清甲状腺激素(T3,T4,FT3,FT4)及促甲状腺素(TSH)水平,并进行比较。结果肺心病组血清T3,T4,FT3均明显低与对照组(P<0.01),FT4轻度下降,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),TSH水平两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论慢性肺心病患者血清甲状腺激素水平的变化对肺心病急性加重期病情判断及其预后估计具有一定临床参考价值。

Observation of thyroid hormone in severe chronic cor pulmonal patients in their acute exacerbation

Objective To investigate the changes of thyroid hormone in patients with severe chronic cor pulmonal during acute exacerbation.Methods The serum T_4,T_3,FT_4,FT_3 and TSH levels were measured in 48 patients with cor pulmonale during acute exacerbation and 45 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).The measures were analyzed and compared between the groups.Results The serum T_4,T_3 and FT_3 levels in patients with cor pulmonale were significantly lower during the exacerbation period than that in COPD group(P<0.01).The serum FT4 and TS levels showed no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The serum thyroid hormone levels is valuable in the prediction of the disease progress and prognosis for cor pulmonale patients.
