| 摘 要： | 目的比较外阴尖锐湿疣和宫颈尖锐湿疣的HPV—DNA分型，探讨两者之间的联系。方法应用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术（FQ—PCR）对167例女性尖锐湿疣（CA）患者进行人乳头瘤病毒-DNA（HPV—DNA）分型检测并对结果进行分析。结果167例患者中，仅有外阴CA的有129例，合并宫颈CA的有38例，在外阴167例标本中，检测出HPV6，11型114例（68．26％），而HPV16，18型有82例（49．10％），38例合并宫颈CA的38个标本中，HPV6，11型有18例（47．37％），HPV16，18型有31例（81．58％），外阴和宫颈HPV6，11型阳性率比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），表明外阴处以HPV6，11型感染为主；而外阴和宫颈处HPV16，18型阳性率比较，差异有极显著性（P〈0．01），表明宫颈处以HPV16，18型感染为主。结论外阴尖锐湿疣以HPV6，11型感染为主，宫颈尖锐湿疣以HPV16，18型感染为主。

| Abstract: | Objective Analyzing the typing、positive rate and significance of human papilloma viras(HPV)from the lesions of lunnus and cervix of these female patients with condylomata acumination(CA).Methoda The typing and positive rate of HPV was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).Results The main type of infection was HPV6,11(68.26%)in cunnus while in cervix is HPV16,18(81.58%).Conclusion HPV6,11 are the main type causing cunnus CA.HPV16,18 are the main type causing cervix CA. |
