| Abstract: | In a prospective cohort of 87 HIV coinfected patients with chronic hepatitis C, 63% had been treated for HCV, with global success rate (47%, 95% CI 34-61) close to or higher than that reported in therapeutic trials. These results argue for earlier, more frequent and improved HCV treatment in HIV-infected patients. |
