摘    要: 目的:为测定人参中残留有机氯农药建立检测方法。方法:取不同产地人参,用丙酮-水(5∶30)提取,经Florisil分离柱纯化后,用气相色谱法对不同产地人参中残留的有机氯农药BHC和DDT的8种异物体(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC,pp′-DDE,pp′-DDD,op′-DDT,pp′-DDT)进行定量分析。结果:检测结果可靠,精密度高,各供试品回收率均大于96.5%,RSD均小于2.8%。结论:该方法为正确评价和安全使用人参及药用人参的出口提供科学依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To collect BHC isomers and DDT isomers in Panax ginseng from three different areas. METHODS: The pesticides in Panax ginseng were extracted with acetone-water (5∶30). They were purified with hexaneethyl ether (17∶3) by Florisil column and separated on DB-1701 flexible glass capillary column and determined by election capillary detector (ECD). RESULTS: Good reproducibility, favaorable stability and high sensitivity were noted. The correlation coefficient of standard curves was larger than 0.99 and the recovery was higher than 96.5%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 2.8%. CONCLUSION: The results serve as a base for the evaluation of the quality of Panax ginseng.
