| 摘 要： | 目的:对头孢呋辛不良反应报告中不合理用药情况进行分析,为进一步规范临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性统计分析方法,对武汉市药品不良反应(ADR)监测中心2009～2010年收集的107份头孢呋辛ADR报告,参考药品说明书等对报告中不合理用药情况进行分析。结果:107例ADR/ADE报告中,给药方法不合理102例(95.33%),超药品说明书中推荐剂量用药28例(26.17%),无指证用药11例(10.28%)。结论:头孢呋辛不合理用药情况较严重,应加强ADR的监测与报告,合理使用头孢呋辛,减少或避免ADR/ADE的发生。

| Abstract: | ABSTRACT Objective:To analyze the irrational use of cefuroxime from adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports. Methods:A retrospective study was used based on the data of cefuroxime obtained in 30 hospitals from Wuhan Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) Monitoring Center database over a 2 year period from January 2009 to December 2010. Results:Of 107 cases of ADR/ADE, the numbers of misadministration were 102(95.33%), those of overdose, 28(26.17%) and no certification medication, 11(10.28%). Conclusion:The irrational use of cefuroxime was more serious; therefore, surveillance should be successfully strengthened to optimize the rational use of cefuroxime to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR. |
