脉冲CO2激光与氟化氨银联合处理对人牙本质超微结构的影响

摘    要:目的 观察脉冲CO2激光和38%氟化氨银联合处理对人牙本质超微结构的影响.方法 将人离体前磨牙预备成相同的4块牙本质标本,分为对照组(不处理)、激光照射组、氟化氨银组和联合处理组,采用扫描电镜观察牙本质的超微结构.结果 扫描电镜下可见,对照组的牙本质小管结构明显,切面不整齐呈杂乱锐利的断茬样结构;激光照射组牙本质表面熔融平坦,牙本质小管完全封闭;氟化氨银组牙本质表面有泡状结构隆起,覆盖牙本质表面,牙本质小管完全封闭;联合处理组与氟化氨银组表现相似,但泡状结构萎陷平坦,牙本质小管完全封闭.结论 应用脉冲CO2激光或38%氟化氨银处理均可封闭牙本质小管开口,两者联合使用可形成协同作用.
