血清超敏C反应蛋白水平与急性脑梗死患者年龄及其TOAST分型相关性研究

目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者发病早期(48 h内)血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与ACI患者年龄及急性卒中治疗低分子肝素试验(TOAST)分型相关性。方法采用免疫透射比浊法对102例ACI患者发病48h内的血清hs-CRP水平进行测定,按照TOAST标准对患者进行病因分型,按患者年龄分组,并与对照组比较分析。结果ACI患者血清hs-CRP水平与对照组比较显著升高(P<0.01)。TOAST分型各型心源性栓塞脑梗死血清hs-CRP水平最高,其余依次为大动脉粥样硬化脑梗死、其他明确病因性脑梗死、小动脉闭塞脑梗死,而不明原因性脑梗死最低。结论ACI患者血清hs-CRP水平的增高与年龄呈正相关;与病因学分型密切关联,说明ACI不同的TOAST分型在病因及病理生理学机制方面存在着一定的差异。

Study on correlation of serum hs-CRP with age and TOAST type of patients with acute cerebral infarction

Objective It is to explore the correlation between serum hs-CRP and age,TOAST type in early attack stage(within 48h) in patients with cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The level of serum hs-CRP within 48h after falling ill in 102 patients with ACI was detected by turbidimetric transmission immunoassay,etiological factors were typed according to TOAST and the patients were divided into different groups according to their age.Then the indexes were analyzed and compared with control group. Results The level of serum hs-CRP in patients with ACI was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The serum level of hs-CRP was the highest in patients with cardioembolism,and higher in ones with large artery atherosclerosis,acute stroke of other demonstrated etiology or small artery occlusion lacunay,and lowest in ones with stroke of other undetermined etiology.Conclusion The increase of serum hs-CRP in patients with ACI has a positive correlation with age and a close relationship with etiology type.It indicates that there is a difference in TOAST type of ACI between etiology and pathophysiology mechanism
