分段诊刮术对子宫内膜癌宫颈受累的诊断意义

（１）目的 探讨分段诊刮术对子宫内膜癌宫颈受累的诊断意义。（２）方法 回顾分析我院１９８０～１９９５年间住院行子宫切除的子宫内膜癌病人６３例，对每个病人的术前分段诊刮和手术病理诊断结果进行比较。（３）结果 分段诊刮术对子宫内膜癌宫颈受累诊断的敏感性为８５．７％，特异性为７２．７％，其阴性预测值为９７．６％，而阳性预测值只有３１．８％。（４）结论 分段诊刮术对子宫内膜癌宫颈受累的阴性诊断结果较阳性诊

THE VALUE OF FRACTIONAL CURETTAG E IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF CERVICAL INVOLVEMENT IN ENDOMETRIAL CARCINOMA

Objective\ To study the value of fractional curettage in the diagnosis of uterocervical involvement in endometrial carcinoma.\ Methods\ 63 patients with endometrial carcinoma undergoing hysterectomy from 1980 to 1995 were retrospectively analyzed. In each patient, the result of pathology by fractional curettage was compared with that by surgery.\ Results\ The sensitivity of fractional curettage in the diagnosis of involvement of cervix uteri was 85.7%, the specificity was 72.7%. The negative predictive value was 97. 6% while the positive predictive value was only 31.8%.\ Conclusion\ In the diagnosis of involvment of cervical canal in endometrial carcinoma, the negative result of fractional curettage is more accurate than the positive one.
