| 摘 要： | 选择47例胫腓骨闭合性骨折患者,采用闭合复位、带锁髓内钉内固定术,术后随机分为治疗组25例和对照组22例。治疗组口服骨折挫伤胶囊,对照组不作特殊处理。根据骨折临床愈合时间、X光片骨痂生长情况及患肢周径变化判断骨折愈合情况及疗效。结果表明,治疗组在骨折临床愈合时间、X光片骨痂生长及伤肢周径变化等指标均明显优于对照组,提示骨折挫伤胶囊具有较确切地消肿、促骨折愈合作用。

| Abstract: | Forty seven patients with fresh close fracture of tibia and fibula had received close reduction and subcutaneous intramedullary interlock nailing.After operation,they were divided into two groups, randomly:the test group(25 cases)guzhe chuo shang capsule was given orally,while the control group(22 cases)with no special treatment.The time of clinical of fracture,growth of calus in X ray film and changes of circumferential length of injured limb were observed to evaluate the clinical results.the results showed that the test group was superior to the control group in all parameters.So we concluded observed that the adminstration of guzhe chuoshang capsule orally after operation can markedly enhance fracture healing and decrease edema of injured limbs. |
