摘    要:背景:如何有效控制肝切除术中出血是降低病死率和术后并发症的关键.目的:寻找适合临床手术需要的材料制作出新型肝脏止血捆扎带.方法:选取对人体无毒无害的常用医用材料:聚四氟乙烯、氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、全氟烷氧基聚合物、尼龙、尼龙弹性体、聚碳酸酯、聚乙烯、聚氨酯、聚丙烯,分为10组,每组随机选取10份样品测量其物理机械性能.结果与结论:尼龙具有相对密度轻,强度高,摩擦因数小,易加工,经济实惠等特点,适合用于制作肝脏血流捆扎带的材料.
