| 摘 要： | 本文就矿泉浴治疗对血液流变学的作用进行观察,结果发现经过3个疗程矿泉浴治疗后中风患者血液流变学的全血还原粘度、血浆比粘度及纤维蛋白原显著降低,其余三项也有轻度下降;健康者血液流变学各项均有下降,但无统计学意义。单次矿泉浴疗后患者及健康者的血液流变学与治疗前比较,有些项目略升高,有些项目略下降,各项均无统计学意义。单次矿泉浴治疗后脉搏明显加快,收缩压略升高,舒张压略下降。

Influence of mineral spring bath therapy on the blood rheology |

| Abstract: | This article reported observation of influence of mineral spring bath thera- py on the blood rheology.Results indicated that after 3 couses of mineral spring bath thera- py,whole blood reducing viscosity,blood plasma viscosity ratio and fibrinogen in blood rheol- ogy of apoplexy patients markedly decreased.Other 3 items also slightly decreased.All items of biood rheology in healthy persons were low,but no statistical importance.After single once mineral spring bath therapy,blood rheology of patients and healthy persons were com- pared with before therapy.Some items slightly increased,other items slightly decreased.All items have no statistical importance.After single once mineral spring bath therapy,pulse markedly quickened.Systolic pressure slightly increased.Diastolic pressure slightly de- creased. |
