拉力螺钉骨盆重建钢板固定治疗髋臼方形区骨折

目的探讨采用拉力螺钉结合骨盆重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼方形区骨折的疗效。方法 2002年3月至2008年10月采用拉力螺钉结合骨盆重建钢板内固定治疗20例髋臼方形区骨折患者,其中男16例,女4例;年龄2258岁,平均38岁。骨折按Letournel分类,T形骨折3例,前柱伴后半横行骨折2例,后柱伴后壁骨折2例,双柱骨折13例。结果 20例均获得了随访,时间1236个月,平均25个月。临床疗效按照改良后的Merled′Aubigne和Pos-tel髋关节评分标准,优9例,良7例,可3例,差1例,优良率80%。结论拉力螺钉结合骨盆重建钢板内固定治疗髋臼方形区骨折固定牢靠、临床效果满意,是治疗髋臼方形区骨折的一种良好的方法。

Lag Screw Combined with Pelvic Reconstructive Plate for Acetabular Quadrilateral Surface Fracture Treatment

Objective To explore the efficacy of treatment of acetabular quadrilateral surface fracture with lag screw combined with pelvic reconstructive plate.Methods Twenty cases of acetabular quadrilateral surface fracture were treated with lag screw and pelvic reconstructive plate.Results All patients were followed up for 12～36 months with an average of 25 months.According to Merled,Aubigne and Postel′s functional grading system,excellent 9 cases;good 7cases;fair 3 cases;poor 1 case.The excellent and good rate was 80%.Conclusion Lag screw combined with pelvic reconstructive plate for acetabular quadrilateral surface fracture treatment have the characteristic of firm internal fixation and good clinical outcome,It is a good method for the treatment of acetabular quadrilateral surface fracture.
