摘    要:目的 探讨“锁孔”手术治疗高血压脑壳核出血的疗效。方法 CT定位,按“锁孔”手术要求设计切口和入路,显微镜下清除全部血肿,对出血动脉予电凝止血。结果 13例壳核出血经4-12月随访恢复良好7例。轻残4例。死亡2例。结论 “锁孔”开颅,显微镜下清除血肿是治疗高血压脑壳核出血的较好方法,可提高患的生存质量,减少并发症。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the effectiveness of keyhole surgical techniques in treating basal ganglia hematoma caused by hypertension. Methods Lesions were located with CT scans, incisions and approaches were designed for keyhole operations. Hematoma was removed under the surgical microscope and then the ruptured arteries were coagulated. Results13 cases were followed up for 4-12 months after operation, 7 were good recovery, 4 were moderate disability and 2 were dead. Conclusion Keyhole technique used to remove hematoma under surgical microscope is effective in treating basal ganglia hematoma,which helps improve the life quality of the patients and decrease complations.
