| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨恢刺加电针对缓解中风患者痉挛状态的作用。方法：对32例中风患者进行恢刺加电针治疗，主要观察治疗前后患者肢体肌力、肌张力的变化、活动能力和步行能力的改善情况。结果：治疗后肌张力较治疗前比较显著下降（P〈0．05），且肢体的肌力明显恢复（P〈0．05）。结论：恢刺加电针确能明显缓解中风患者的痉挛状态。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect on relieving spasticity in apoplexy cases treated by restoration needling and electric acupuncture.Method:32 cases were treated by restoration needling and electric acupuncture.The improvement of appendicular muscles force,muscular tension,locomotor and walking activity were observed after treatment.Results:Muscular tension was decreased and appendicular muscles force recovered obviously after treatment as compared that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Restoration needling and electric acupuncture could relieve spasticity obviously in apoplexy cases. |
