| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)术后疼痛的原因及有效的预防和护理措施。方法:对88例LC术后疼痛患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结引起术后疼痛的原因及护理措施。结果:CO2气腹引起的颈肩痛占35%;手术创伤引起的疼痛占29.6%;术后腹腔内严重并发症引起的疼痛占3.4%;术后腹胀、呕吐等诱发的疼痛占27%;肠蠕动亢进引起的阵发性腹痛占5%。结论:LC术后疼痛的原因涉及围手术期的多个环节,应针对其原因采取综合性预防和护理措施。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the reasons and prevention of postoperative pain and measures of nursing care as well. Methods: Clinical data of 88 cases treated with LC was analyzed retrospectively, from which the reasons were classified and nursing measures were worked out. Results: Pain on the shoulder and neck caused by carbon dioxide amounted to 35%, pain caused by surgical wound 29.6%, pain caused by severe complication of abdominal cavity 3.4%, pain caused by gastrointestinal extension and nausea amounted to 27% and paroxysmal abdominal pain due to gastrointestinal peristaltic accentuation 5%. Conclusion: The postoperative pain of patients after LC has something to do with a few factors in perioperative period, for which comprehensive prevention and appropriate nursing measures will be taken. |
