| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单人建立稳定大鼠原位肝移植模型的手术难点及技巧。方法对200只成年雄性SD大鼠,采用改良的Kamada二袖套法,单人及双人裸眼下行大鼠原位肝移植各50对。结果单人与双人操作组供体手术时间、受体手术时间、无肝期分别为（27.22±1.03）min和（26.47±1.16）min、（50.58±3.10）min和（48.18±3.70）min、（11.60±0.11）min和（11.28±0.08）min。单人与双人操作组手术成功率、1周存活率、1个月存活率分别为90%和94%、88%和88%、84%和86%。结论改良的二袖套法,单人操作简便,成功率高,无需助手协助,可为大鼠原位肝移植实验提供稳定可靠的动物模型。
