摘    要:目的 测定婴幼儿肺炎血清维生素 A和维生素 E含量 ,探讨其状况与疾病相互关系 ,为临床防治提供参考。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,同时测定血清中维生素 A、维生素 E含量 ,对 5 0例婴幼儿肺炎住院患儿进行检测并与同期 5 0名体检健康婴幼儿对照。结果 婴幼儿肺炎组维生素 A均值明显低于健康组 (t=3.5 82 ,P<0 .0 0 1) ;亚临床维生素 A缺乏及可疑诊断的检出率明显高于健康对照组 (X2 =19.0 14,P<0 .0 0 1)。婴幼儿肺炎组维生素 E水平与对照组比较 ,差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 婴幼儿肺炎血清中维生素 A状况低于健康者 ,而亚临床缺乏的发生率高于健康婴幼儿。

Abstract:Objective:To study the levels of serum Vitamin A and Vitamin E in infantile pneumonia.Methods:In 50 cases with infantile pneumonia and 50 cases controls,Serum Vitamin A and Vitamin E level were simultaneously determined by RP-HLPC method.Results:The serum Vitamin A levels of the cases with infantile pneumonia and healthy infants were 0.935±0.433μmol/L and 1.211±0.356 μmol/L,respectively(t=3.582,P<0.001).The incidences of preclinical Vitamin A deficiency,dubious diagnosis were 32%,38% and 4%,28% respectively (x2=19.014,P<0.001)and the levels of serum Vitamin E was not markedly changed as compared with the normal controls.Conclusions:It was suggested that the serum Vitamin A level of infants with pneumonia was clearly lower than that of the healthy infants and the incidence of preclinical Vitamin A deficiency was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group.
